Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your FoxWay account.
This page explains how users of FoxWay, operated by FOXWAY LIMITED, can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@foxway.hk with the subject “FoxWay account deletion request”.
Use the same email address or Google account that you use to sign in to FoxWay. If we need to verify account ownership, we will reply with the required confirmation steps.
Data deleted
After verification, we delete data related to your FoxWay account, including account profile data, authentication identifiers, app settings, device records, entitlement records, purchase sync records, and support data.
Deletion requests do not cancel active Google Play or App Store subscriptions automatically. Please also manage or cancel subscriptions from the relevant app store account.
Data retained
We only retain the registration email address when needed to prevent abuse of the FoxWay service, such as repeated account misuse, ban evasion, or fraudulent sign-ups.
The retained email is used only for abuse-prevention purposes. All other data related to the deleted account is removed. Most verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
What to include in your email
- • Your FoxWay sign-in email or Google account email.
- • A short statement that you want your FoxWay account and associated data deleted.
- • Any subscription order ID only if you are asking us to identify billing records.
